After losing many battles with the idiocy that exists in Sony customer support, today at 9:02am on August 17, 2009 the Sony War was won in my favor.
After many calls and much frustration Sony has agreed to exchange my projector for another refurbished one. Although I am getting a refurbished one instead of a new one, I think I have already wasted too much of my breath and energy to complain any more about it.
I am going to go home from work today, lay in my bed, look at the wall, and imagine the glorious HD projection that I will be able to see in 8 business days since Sony is unable to ship my exchange unit with a next business day label.
