I don't have much to say on my first blog entry. I am currently bored and sitting in my little cubicle at work trying not to stare at the time. I've found that not looking at the time makes work go by a lot faster. For those who have ever been at my desk, I don't have a clock there, nor is my desk in view of any other clocks. I've also made my taskbar automatically hide on my work computer, for the simple fact that my taskbar shows what the time is.
Despite these efforts to not view the time, I pride myself on my punctuality and I am never late to any of my classes. I schedule everything on my iPod which alerts me 15 minutes before a class so that I am not late. It also alerts me to when lunch is. Therefore I only really know what time it is before a class, after a class, and during lunch.
For those who are reading this, you may be wondering why I am not doing actual work. Not to worry, this is the last time that I will post a blog while working. You see what sucks is that as soon as I post this, blogspot will tell me the date and the exact time that this blog entry was posted, so that little detail will be my motivation to never again post a blog while I am supposed to be working.

Ha! Wait a minute, does that mean I'm commenting while I'm at work?
ReplyDeleteHey, I started writing this Sunday night. I only wrote one sentence that night though, "I don't have much to say on my first blog entry", and I finished the rest here three days later at work.
ReplyDeleteEven though I finished the entry three days later at a completely different time, blogspot instead put the date and time that I STARTED the post. I now know what to do if I want to blog at work and not worry about the time! Always start my blogs a day before.
Of course that's not the case with this comment which I started and finished right now during my boring work day. =(
Hey- when are you going to post again?!?
